Its like Freedom of speech. You can voice out everything freely.

Usually people are afraid to say things in front of others because:
1)we’re afraid to hurt their feelings
2)we care about what others may think of what we say
3)we don’t ever wanna let the others know
and of course many other reasons.

But in this state, your mind is free, your thoughts are able to flow out freely like a waterfall which you project out for everyone else to know

You may look or sound crazy but more than 80% of the time, whatever that comes out is nothing but the truth.

Well spent Off days on FOOOD

I just had 2 off days.
GAwd, why did it had to end so sooon!!

Anyway~

While everyone’s rushing to work and having that Monday Bloooos~
I was sleeeping in nicely, waking up late and slacking around.
No, relaxing =D
It was soooo AWESOME
My evening was spent with Sangeetha & Aisyah:

Dinner @ Ngee Ann City’s Coffee Club.
Seems to be a favourite spot for us now.

Well honestly, this was my first time ordering main courses from Coffee Club.

Coz we usually go there for the salads, drinks & most importantly, we’ll never miss their sinful-purely-indulgence dessert.

So what’s this dessert we’re so crazy over~
This endorphin releasing dessert.

OMG I crave for this almost every week la.
I really think we girls can never live without chocolates.
Its like one of those things which makes us happy and high all of a sudden.

Coz we had Aisyah laughing and laughing for no reason~

The very next day~TUes 25th .
the 25th of every month is super important.
Coz… its PAY DAY!!!!!!!

Ms Natalie and I were off so we decided to go SHOPPING~
The rest were working so unfortunately they couldn’t join us!

*I’m aiming for a pair of ZARA dark red pump shoes. its SOOOO sexy and gorgeous.

I’m praying hard that when the stocks come in, they would have it in my size.

Anyway after more window shopping around, we decided to have dinner.
Nat brought me to Sushi Tei
FINALLY!!!
I’ve always wanted to go to some Japanese restaurant!!!
And here we are wHEeEeee D

I love this!! I don’t know what sauce they use but the taste is AWESOME

Like an assorted Cold Dish – Noodle Cucumbe Ham Crabmeat etc etc. Mix it all up.
NICE!

Mussels with melted cheeese and miso flavourings.
Slurrrp it up, gets you damn high, its just SOOO GOOD.
Felt like ordering another plate of it.

Whoa, come to think of it.
We actually ate a lot~ Haha!

And to digest it all off, we walked all the way to Esplanade before getting a cab home~
When I got home I realised I was out for 12hours.
I don’t feel like working tomorrow!!!

The Sign

Here’s how it goes.
I never knew I could actually feel this way.
This feeling is hard to explain,
its complicated,
with the weird thoughts running in my head.
I want to and need to clear these doubts…but..
But something stops me from doing so.
Its that fear in me, the fear to hear the truth or lie.
The fear to know the answers and get more questions asked.
Its unexplainable, its driving me crazy these thoughts.
All I need is a sign.
And an answer.
And all I have to do is
ask.

I’ve got 2 off days and its been great meeting the girls.
Ever since we started working we’d all try to meet up every week or something
And I’m  glad we’re doing so, keeps the bond alive.
We’re all gonna have a lil’ chalet together since its too late to plan for an overseas trip.

Yet we left the place only at 130am.

Yeah we were all smiles in the pictures but when they were both leaving, tears just started welling up in our eyes….

Well we’ve all built loadsa memories together in poly, all the outings we had and all the madness we did together~ It’ll always be there in our hearts and on top of that, we’ve got loadsa pictures together to remind us of the great times we had

Sita dear do come back to Singapore one day yeah?
Maybe we’ll try to plan a trip to Nepal to visit you there one day.
And oh yes, perhaps an australia trip together next year would be good

Try their Murtabak, you won’t get enough of it!

Then another time I brought Azira and Sangeetha there and we were immediately in love with this particular shop called Eutopia~

They had so many pretty bags, tops and dresses~~*meLts

And I got myself this pretty wooden Vintage bag with Twiggy on it. Looked kinda retro actually:

And this pretty embellished with sequins and batik patterned dress(which god knows when I’d wear it)

There’s also this row of shops selling clothes,accessories,shoes and bags, really unique finds there and I love that lane!!! =D
It never fails to amuse me. Prices are a lil’ steep in some shops but its still worth browsing thru’ =P

Then we had turkish food at this really cosy Turkish retaurant adorned with soft lights and printed walls… OMG~~Its such an awesome place!!

So cultural…..So unique….So exotic and beautiful sia………
And I’m very sure the 3 of us were their first customers of the evening.

We could actually sit on the chairs in front but I dragged the 2 right to the back where we could sit around this huge table and on a low seats. Hee~

When we looked at the menu we got kinda confused. Unique unheard names and exotic food, luckily there were lil’ descriptions of each dish. If not we would be totally lost.

When the food came, it all tasted unexpectedly damn nice!

Borek, some crispy on the outside,cheesy and tomato sauce like on the inside

Mussaka, it has potato slices,tomatoes, green pepper , meat and its cheesy cheesy.
In short, its something like lasagne but with a unique taste, a MUST try

Tavuk Sis, Rice with grilled Chicken Kebabs and some vegetables as the side.

Danczers Night 2007

This was my first time attending an indian dance competition
So not ME.

I went coz Kamini needed company to support her guy and at the same time, her bro, Gagen would be there too. Anyways, I’ve never been to such shows and I thought it’d be an interesting experience so I might as well try. Hee~

I think we had shaky hands syndrome or something!
So hard to get a perfect pic!

At first I thought i’d feel weird and that I’d be staring at the ground most of the time.
Coz of a certain stupid phobia I have.
For those who know me, ya know what I mean la..

LOL

Well, in the end, it all turned out fine.
It was interesting to watch different dance groups putting up a great show.
Its better than watching this kinda shows on Television~

And the group we were supporting was Borderz 159~ her boy’s group.
When they were on stage we were cheering and screaming out for them.
Haha! I don’t know why, suddenly became hyper coz all the people around us were really cheering on.
I was taking a video of their dance while Kamini was snapping shots of it.

Their dance was really awesome~
Great choreography and fantastic energy in their moves.

Almost all the performances were entertaining, and there an obvious tough competition between Borderz 159 and another dance group.

The 2 groups. up front.. who would claim the champion trophy?

Well, In the end~
Borderz 159 outshined the rest and got the champion trophy~WOohOo!
I feel they deserved the 1st place coz their dance was awesome
